Grace was very easy to communicate with and very prompt when responding throughout the week. For our 1st time visiting AMI, we loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. The house had plenty of beach equipment and we enjoyed having the pool to relax in, too.

The room was great! Super close to the beach and downtown! Grace was fantastic and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed!

House was beautiful and spacious, the river was a huge selling point and the fact they they gave us kayaks and paddle boards was awesome. The house was very clean and the owner didn’t require any ridiculous check out instructions. We had an issue with the oven and she was very responsive and sent someone out immediately to fix it. The ONLY issue we had was that the AC couldn’t keep up so the house was very warm during the day but most rooms had separate ACs so the bedrooms stayed cool. Highly recommend

The place was great, very clean and everything was provided as stated, we were even able to keep our boat at the dock out back. We will definitely be returning

Great place to stay had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive!

We had a great time! The area was great for cross country and marathon training! The house had everything you could need. Convenient to the beach and several restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

we were in town this past weekend to see some baseball and hit the beach, and were lucky enough to stay at Grace’s place in Treasure Island. Grace worked with us on getting an early check-in as we wanted to take advantage of having a full day in town. her place was exactly what we were looking for. quiet, clean, and comfortable. easy walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and shops along Gulf Blvd. when we decide to come back to Tampa / St. Pete / TI, we’ll definitely be looking to stay at Grace’s property again.
