The Easy Way for a Perfect Stay

Host is extremely responsive, home is clean and equipped with everything you could need from cooking to going to the beach. Pool cleaner came twice while we were staying, did not disturb us at all in and out in 10 minutes. As we were packing and looking for my daughter's lost earing the pool cleaner found it. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Ms Grace’s property with 2 other couples and 3 single people. The property fit us all perfectly and allowed the fun to go all day and night. Full sized kitchen to cook meals, Walmart delivered groceries easily. Plus the house was within driving distance to all major places, or things we needed. Beware, the houses are next to one another so quiet hours are genuinely strict. We got a noise complaint quickly, but Ms Grace was kind enough to send a quick message so we moved the fun inside. We loved our stay and hope to spend time at this property again soon. 5 Stars!

Beautiful apartment in a great location that's within walking distance to Treasure Island's beautiful white sand beach!. The pool area is so relaxing, overlooking the ocean and very well-maintained, ideal for unwinding after a long day. We felt welcome and comfortable from the very first minute.We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The check-in process was fast, smooth and Grace was very welcoming. Our apartment was spotless, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was a great location within walking distance of local spots, a beautiful public beach and Publix! We will definitely be back!

This Florida trip was amazing for family we waited last minute to plan where would stay then by the Grace of God . Grace Home pulled up it was perfect price for the duration of days . Very easy to locate very close to airport especially if you’re traveling with multiple children. Very convenient. Our 5 year mentioned his favorite part was the pool he is a shirt guy and still wanted to hang with the big kids the pool being heated as well was a major plus . Perfect depth as well very safe for multiple children. The rooms was great everybody have a place to sleep very comfortable kitchen was great plenty of refrigerators space . I don’t expect the washer and dryer but that was beyond great because we from the Midwest Sand is fun for only so long then everything must be cleaned but the Dinning Room Table is so Cute the whole family ate together was great the Din was amazing as well . Just Book With Grace !!! She going make sure you have everything you need for your stay. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had the best stay! There were six of us girls, and having the two houses was absolutely perfect because we each had our own bedroom and plenty of space to spread out. We loved everything about the property… the houses, the pool, the setting, and the location. It was just a quick drive to the beach (and we probably could have walked if we really wanted to!). We especially appreciated all of the beach amenities provided. We used the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels, and having those things available made our beach days so easy and convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our girls’ trip. We absolutely loved our stay and would totally, totally come back again! Highly recommend! ❤️

This Airbnb was lovely! It was a short walk from the beach, and there was a grocery store right down the street. There are a lot of cute beach bars in walking distance as well. It is only 15 minutes driving from st. Pete as well. The place was extremely clean and came with games that we took advantage of! Also, there is a nice heated pool with cornhole out back, and you can even fish off the dock. We are definitely planning on returning next year.

It was a wonderful place to stay with beautiful surroundings. Grace left clear instructions to everything inside the house and surrounding it. The house was full of necessities such as pots, pans, towels, blankets and more. I really appreciated there being a fan in each room that was easy to access. The pool and hot tub were of great condition. The beach was not crowded and a short walk. Overall recommend staying in Graces home.

Grace was so helpful with my process and always responsive to whatever needs I had. I will definitely book with her again.
