Great stay in Holmes Beach! House was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was great! Grace was very responsive in getting our family new umbrellas for the beach. Would stay here again! 😁

We had a great weekend celebrating my daughter’s 8th bday at Grace’s home. It was a group of 10 of us and 2 dogs. It is exactly as described, but even better once you’re there. Pool is enclosed and partly shaded by beautiful trees, home is spacious, beds are very comfortable, A/C was absolute perfection (important for Florida summers), and plenty of things in the home for kids to do. We went to Coquina Beach and Bean Point during our stay - easy drive. Also checked our Fox Mercantile nearby on Cortez. I can’t wait to be back! We really had the best time and I look forward to being back soon! Thank you, Grace for being communicative and making sure we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s home. Everything was exactly as described, and the home had all the amenities we needed plus thoughtful extras that made our trip even more enjoyable. The space was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We truly wished we could have stayed longer and will absolutely look for Grace’s home again when traveling in the area. Highly recommended!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Grace’s place. Both homes were super clean and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool and watching the manatees outside the dock. The house also comes with everything you need for an easy stay—including kitchen items, linens, beach towels, and beach other items like umbrellas, chairs, and wagons which we all appreciated! Very easy walk to the beach as well. Truly a beautiful and relaxing stay with GREAT host communication. Thank you, Grace!!

This was the best air b n b! We had everything we could possible need. Clean, host was amazing. It was an adorable layout. Steps from the beach. I’ve already shared this listing to my family and friends to book in the future. We WILL be back

Great location and super easy to find. Walking distance to food, groceries, and the beach. The pool is bigger than it looks in photos, the kids were happy about that! The public beach access was easy to get to and had several shade options to rent if needed. It was really nice to have chairs and towels provided by the host! Overall, great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! The pool was a great place to beat the heat and having a tv on the outdoor patio made it even better for late night movies and swimming. The beds were very comfy and her home was in a great location, nothing was too far away!! I’d stay here again.
