We absolutely loved our stay! My family and friends stay-cation at Indian Rocks Beach every year (sometimes more than once!), and this was the perfect home for our annual Fourth of July getaway. Another family in our group rented the neighboring property, and having the shared pool between us made the weekend even more special. We spent our days swimming, grilling out, and enjoying time together—it was the perfect setup for a multi-family vacation. The home was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked wonderfully in the Florida summer heat, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my husband, our two teenagers, and me to each have our own bedroom and personal space. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, with plenty of parking for both of our vehicles. We just returned from a little over a weeks stay here and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach. The pool on sight overlooking the intercostal waterway was an absolute treat. We spent a lot of our time right there fishing off the dock and cooling in the pool. the space was just what we needed to prepare most of our meals at home and to escape the heat of the mid day. It was super clean and felt very private. Our family of four felt right at home. Grace is an exceptional host, very attentive. Every person we encountered on the property was kind and helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

The place was clean, the host was very responsive, and the location was convenient. The only area for improvement would be the bedding, which could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our family of six. The location was excellent—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it perfect for spending our days by the water. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we appreciated that there were enough beach chairs for all six of us. The outdoor area was also a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Overall, this is a fantastic property, and we would absolutely recommend it to families with kids as well as couples or groups without children. We would happily stay here again

She was incredibly kind, friendly, and made the whole experience easy. The location is fantastic, directly across from the beach, making it an easy walk to the water. When we arrived, the condo was spotless, the AC was already on, and the temperature was nice and comfortable. The internet was fast, the community was quiet, and it was great that the property is pet friendly. We also really enjoyed the community pool, which is located right along the Intracoastal Waterway. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
